DOUBLE WIN FOR ANDY

The Asia Production 250cc concluded with a ceremonious mark for Andy Muhammad Fadly of Motul Sniper Manual Tech Racing Team when he once again swept the top spot of the podium in Race 2.

The Indonesian lad displayed his expert moves throughout the race while striding alongside his teammate Aiki Iyoshi and his contender Rheza Danica Ahrens.

Andy took lead in the first two laps but was over-ridden by his teammate in lap 3. From then on, it was a stiff battle between the three highly competitive riders. In lap 5, Md Adenanta Putra broke into the top 3 circle and landed himself in the second position. He took lead in lap 6 for a short stint before he succumbed to the domineering pace of the initial top 3 riders.

Andy was seen pacing back and forth alongside Aiki from then on and by lap 8, Andy was all prepared to make his final dash.

Towards the end of the race, Andy displayed his manoeuvring skills aboard the Kawasaki Ninja 250 when he defeated his teammate seconds before crossing the finish line. Andy clocked in at 19:45:362s.

Commenting on the race, “It was a mind-blowing last lap and I am lost for words at the double victory this season. The win is truly important for me in setting my standards and to continuously better my performance.”
