FROM BACK OF THE GROUP, AKID STILL WIN

Round 4 IDEMITSU FIM Asia Road Racing Championship took place at PERTAMINA Mandalika International Circuit, Indonesia, witnessed Underbone 150cc category concluded with Md Akid Aziz of PitsBike OneWay JRT Tech2 Racing Team claimed victory in Race 2.

The race started with Farres Putra Mohd Fadhill of CARDINALS FACTORY FACING TEAM leading the race followed by Akid at P2 and Husni Zainul Fuadzy of YAMAHA LFN HP969 INDONESIA Racing Team at P3.

As the race progressed, the lead position changed hands multiple times, with Adytya Fauzi of RACETECH SIXTY Racing Team, Fahmi Basam of YAMAHA LFN HP969 INDONESIA Racing Team and Husni took their turn leading the pack. Akid was at the far behind in the group.

On lap 7, Akid, from P20, raced his way through to the front, overtook Husni at P1 to seized the lead, and sped past the finishing line at 15’36:473s to proudly claimed his spot on the top of the podium.

Second place was Husni clocked in at 15’36:488s.

While third place was Murobbil logged in at 15’36:662s.
