Nakarin Atiratphuvapat of HONDA Racing Thailand came out strong at the Pre-Season Test Day 1 of FIM Asia Road Racing Championship when he aced as the fastest at 1:39:823s in the SS600 category.
Nakarin who has gained strength from his experiences in the world championship with an the advantage of being on homegrown has showcased a consistent pace throughout the practices, striding along his primary counterpart, Khairul Idham Pawi of Boon Siew HONDA Racing Team.
“I have stopped for almost three years now. Making it the fastest is truly a very happy moment for me. My target for this weekend would most definitely to win the race.”
Trailing right behind him was his team mate, Kritchaporn Kaewsonthi who clocked in at 1:40:210s.
Khairul took the third placing when he logged in at 1:40:218s.
