The highly anticipated first Sepang battle between the Yamaha Y15ZR and the Honda RS150R is gaining traction in the Malaysian motorsports industry.
To date, 35 bikes are confirmed for the first round, paving the way for an epic first round Underbone battle.
2018 Underbone 150 champion Mohd Helmi Azman will not be hanging around to defend his title. He has booked himself a slot in the 600cc class with the MUSASHiBoon Siew Honda Racing Team.
Riders from the host country will make up 50% of the grid, while the rest will comprise of Underbone specialists from Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and Australia.
